It dissolved today as investors withdrew their sponsorships. All their players and teams across all their eSports are scrambling to find new NA sponsors.

I have no idea if they had a LoL team or not(Seeing that i don't follow the LoL scene at all), but in DotA2 and especially SC2 they used to be quite big teams.
