1- Was the damage formula changed? In this video:VideoDA is seen with 122k range in Tespia. I didn't think that was really possible in Tespia.
2-I saw that Cygnus Expedition was removed. Does this mean only a 6 person party can do Cygnus now?

I think the Random Options system and easier IA gain is most of the answer there.
Maybe it's his range mechanics.

Oh, doesn't exactly help that both Tempest and the KMS update are "Winter Updates"...bleh
