    I noticed in the 1.21 patch that all the SHining Rods were added. WHat struck me as odd, though, was that they all had LUK requirements. I wonder if those were removed, too....

    They also added this -60 second cooldown thing on all the stolen skills...no idea what it does

    The red says Buff Cooldowns (from skills) -60

    Nexon is nerfing a lot...

    Oh wait... THE CARD SET FROM SAKURA CASTLE!!!
    Check if it gives 3 m of EXP!
    because As far I know it still gives that ammount of EXP...

    It does. I tested it out on a mule, despite my rants before.
    New toad leech? Maybe.

    Mmm... nope... only gives 3 m the first time.... the toad gives 80 k exp....

    Yeah, but that's 2 levels at level 70-ish. Plus it's not like a lot of people around that range will be killing toad.

    iirc that's the thing that makes it so you can't just swap skills around all over the place; once you swap you're on a CD before you can swap again.

    Yeah, that's the one. I'm confused though, isn't that supposed to be implemented in the first part of the Tempest patch?

    You are talking about phantom Skill steal CD or Monster skill steal CD?
    i was assuming they gave us 30 sec Cd?

    The former. Cooldown on Soul Steal (Vol D'Ame) gets increased to 120 seconds at maxed level when Phantoms are nerfed.

    You can swap as many times as you want, there's a 30 second cooldown before you can start using the skill you swapped to, which is much worse.

    So...just to clarify, say I switch from Rage to Hyper Body that means I can only use Hyper Body after 30 seconds, correct?
