It LOOKS the same. But the big question is that is the EXP rate the same? I hope so, because there's little reason to burn NX on keys just for stat totems if the EXP rate sucks hard.

If they removed/nerfed the drop rate of Maple weapons while keeping everything else the same, that'd just be pure lol.

Just remember. It's about 1.5 hours per level at 19x, ignoring repeatable quests. So about 15 hours needed to cap. That should help you plan out what you should be doing.
