It's not present in the changes for KMS 1.2.175 because it was already changed in KMS 1.2.173. They're listed in changes for KMST 1.2.452 because they are backported changes, as in, changes that happened in transition between Tespia and the Live server, and thus, it was changed for the Live server, but it had not yet been changed in Tespia.
ACB is already 230% per hit and Dark Thirst already gives 60atk in the actual server.
Suddenly, hooray for Bowmasters! Wind of Frey being changed to 15 seconds cooldown is also great news.

Flip the Coin got nerfed as expected. About 1/2 the FULL bonuses as before, but only requires 5 stacks instead of the previous 20.
Corsair's Rum got insanely buffed. +40% HP on top of what they already get? Not bad.
Bow Masters were done justice in this patch, it looks like. But it seems Shadowers took their place on the bench.

Did the I/L changes to reducing the 100% Cooldown of Glacial Chains not make it through even though the Patch Notes say so?
I believe it was always 5 stacks, the 20 was a typo in the level readout where the variable for max stacks should have been placed. Test videos showed it never passed 5 stacks or something like that.
In reality, it was buffed a good amount.
+4% damage -> +5% damage
+8% critical rate -> +10% critical rate
10,000 damage cap bypass -> 20,000 damage cap bypass
30 second duration -> 120 second duration
I'm guessing it's 300ms, with subTime = 300.

This is correct. It was never 20 stacks in Tespia. The probability of it occurring however did not appear to be a guarantee on each critical, but I do not know if they've changed that.

Well, if it stacked with itself it could be insane... It'd be 190%x8 per attack. I'm going to assume that isn't the case for now, but would be appreciated.
