Okay, so to start with I am really tired of nexon's attempts to avoid my problem that I submitted about 5 tickets now on, all of which got closed just recently with the same exact copy-pasta message that did nothing to help me out with my problem.
It started back during the MTS database leak, I had my account stolen, went through all the steps nexon had at the time to get my info changed completely so as to get my account back and find all my stuff transferred to god knows where, only to have it blocked permanently the very next day when I try to log back in. This was back in Feb 28th, fast forward to just a week ago when my ticket finally got answered with this copy-pasta message:
"Dear Mapler,
Your account was found to be participating in malicious activities and was therefore restricted from logging in to the game. If your account was suspended, then you will need to serve out the rest of your suspension. In order to prevent future suspensions, please make sure that you are not running any third party programs that enhance your game play. To be safe, it is recommended that you do not run any other programs while you are playing Nexon�s games.
If your account received a permanent ban, we will not be able to release your account. We do not remove permanent bans under any circumstances.

This exact message was used 5 times, the only change was this GM that supposedly read and answered it; twice from GM Panthiro, twice from Senior GM Libra, and once from the most recent ticket had no GM name attached to it. Now I know that they love using automated messages on tickets, but seriously, the same exact message 5 times? Apparently creativity isn't part of the support system. Regardless, the fact is that my problem was never answered or acknowledged outside the fact that I know the person that got into my account was using it for malicious stuff because he stole all my things by force through nexon's poor database. What makes it worst is their bold face lie about never reverting a permanent banning, when I know for a fact they have done it before, and are still lifting other permanent bans since I had my ticket answered, just yesterday in fact an account got unbanned by one GM Kanison. Even giving the fact the guy that posted his unbanning could have been a troll, why even bother having a ban or suspension repeal sub section in the ticketing? And since I'm clearly not getting help with using the faulty ticket system and moderators seem to be watching these boards a bit more hopefully one of them, or even a GM I have named would be fantastic, could explain all this scatterbrained logic I was given as to why nothing could be done to help me out.
