On the topic though I really do wish a continuation like this could be done but I agree it's unlikely given the purpose of re-doing the storyline. Maple Story seriously needs more content like this to inspire people to learn more about the lore, it's sad how little people have done quests or have learned about the world since the time I obtained my Quest Specialist medal prior to Big Bang.

i blame the anime i've been watching lately, it doesn't use black to cover, but folds of the clothes and scenery to prevent you from viewing, so you have to actually try to find it.

Huh. I thought this quest chain was going to lead to Hilla. (Since they have to work her in there somehow since JMS got Azwan replaced with the feudal Japan war thingy, and she was added to JMS' data in the same patch.)

I take it there's another quest chain for Hilla? Or is she not available in JMS yet?

As far as I can tell she is still not available in JMS.

Honestly I was rather disappointed that the Cross Brigade Storyline continuation was so short. It doesn't even give CB coins at any point. The quests are nice for a new Lv.120 character, because even "talk to this person" quests give a million experience, so it would easily be two or three levels for a new 120. Outside of that the storyline continuation was a huge disappointment in terms of content. The storyline itself is interesting, but there's no reward for doing it at all if you're already high level. They added nothing new to gain, nothing new to do, there's no repeatables either. This is essentially purely new story.

While I guess that's nice for some people, I really wish there was a point to it outside of just story.

The worst part is that they added like 5+ forms for this new vampire/succubus chick...but when you fight her you only defeat her first form before she runs away. What was the point of all the copies of her in the data?

I wonder how long it's going to be before they continue it again.
