Adding guilds to an alliance.

So I'm the guild leader of my alliance. Here's the problem...

One of the guild leaders disbanded and remade his guild. So now I have 4 guilds in the alliance and he wants to add his remade guild to it. However, it's telling me "You may have up to 5 guilds in a Guild Union." We've partied, I have more than 5m on me and just nothing seems to work.

If worse comes to worst, I'll have to disband and remake but contacting two of the guild leaders is a bit hard. So I'm hoping there's just something we overlooked.

Any help here?

Feel guilty for putting you all through this trouble.

Anyway, I sort off have a feeling this wont be changed until some server check.

Are you on the same channel, (same map, maybe?), are you using the Invite function in Alliance window, and are you adding by Guild name rather than by Guild Leader name?
