Never mind, I take back what I said earlier-partly- I was at a map with no flat surface when I tried this. When I got to flat surface, it worked awesome.

Er, Takebacker explained it better. I'm a slinger, I have Wings. You can't use it in mid-air. I thought the macro allowed you to Recoil Shot and immediately start floating at a ridiculous speed.

Basically, the first Wings is just to get in the air, the recoil shot shoots you backwards, and the speed that the attack shot you back at is the speed your second Wings will send you at as soon as you hit the ground in the same direction.

Go search up that one girl's vid of float and stuff. It's good if you can use it all the time but I just prefer jump + recoil + dash in the air so it continues as I hit the ground. If I screw up float once, i'll just jump and take a while getting down and lose time.

Exactly, and they don't need a macro to set them up.

Oh, you have to throw in some walks while you do it. Dash forward mid-float, walk for a second, and do it again.

Point is, you have to make sure the cooldown is over and you position yourself correctly for the inital float. If the initial float is off, then the rest will be terrible.

If you can perfect it, it's good. Problem is, when you're moving ----------> to travel, most people have the tendancy to keep moving and not completely stop, turn around, and do the macro. That's what makes it bad.

Recoil + dash is still pretty decent.

Holy pomegranate. That's awesome! Heh, Nexon took the one fun thing about hermits (in my opinion, anyway) and gave it to slingers as well. Can't wait until I max Recoil and Wings. Too... much... motivation!

Does that "server" have skill timers? Because don't recoil and wings have cooldowns that would limit the usefullness?
