    serious? gms always import cs items much quicker than content (i mean look at the wings kms got in tempest....gms already has them for a while). i say no less than a month

    3 months is quicker than content..
    On average, it takes us 5-6 months or so to get content from KMS, And didn't KMS get the wings around when Mikhail came out? I remember seeing some with those wings.

    They're getting much faster though. Tempest only ended like late last month/early this month and we're slated to begin roll out for GMS in december...so that's 3-4 months localization delay given how fast DB revamp + everything in champions came around.

    balanced in regards to what? definitely not heroes ._. which was my point. i was sure the 510% and other brought you close (but not surpassing) heroes

    So has anyone been able to confirm whether or not damage boosts from hyper skills are addictive or multiplicative?
    ie: raging blow 220%->240%
    or 220%->264%
