Vega's Spell (10\%) increases your 10\% scroll's success rate to 30\%, and Vega's Spell (60\%) increases your 60\% scroll's success rate to 90\%! Vega's Spell can only be used on certain 10\% and 60\% scrolls. Check your scrolls item description to see if Vegas Spell will work.
[Notice]: Currently, Vega's Spells do not work on Scroll for Shoes for ATT 60\% or Scroll for Shoes for ATT 10\%, even though the item description on those scrolls say otherwise. This will be fixed in a future maintenance.
