I don't know a thing about drawing, realistic or not, but the nose looks all wrong to me. "cute upturned" is fine, but the vertical beginning makes it look like it's either broken or has a horn growing on it.

Realistic implies life-like. I see some of that, and the opposite of that. Looks good though mang.

The nose looks weird, maybe make it a bit lower. Her left eye looks too big and should be lowered a bit. There might be a problem with the mouth, but it might just be the nose.

Definitely fix the nose.

Nah but really, I'm still a learner myself, but I'll agree on the nose too, though i'm too beginner to help on that (they're my weakness with faces). as for the mouth, maybe it needs a little contour line on the left to help define that the lips are protruding a little and not flat all the way to her cheek.

Or maybe i'm biased and like full lips aww yessss

I personally like the nose. Its different, but not all that bad. Probably wouldn't classify it as "realistic" though.

But yeah, realistic = lifelike? If that's what you're implying it's truly not. If you'd like critique, I think you have to first define what you mean by realistic.
But it is a very cute caricature of a human girl :)
