Jett Level 80 Quest.

So I'm clearly not level 80, but I never did the quest before because I was lazy and didn't realize it was required to advance.

ANYWAYS.

So I have been doing the level 80 quests for Han the B'itch and from the videos I've watched on youtube, it seems they just go up to those shiny things and npc chat them or whatever. No matter what I do, it won't progress me. So SP, what am I doing wrong?
