Um, if you can respawn and go right back into the fight. They aren't hard, at all. Pot lock means nothing in this case, DR means nothing in this case, in fact nothing means anything. You die, you're clean of any effects, you run back in and wail on the boss. If any of that is even necessary. Empress, and Von leon are automatically out, I believe that includes Arkarium, and Hilla (barring no death run, which I only include as it's a part of a quest, thus is an actual requirement set by the game, not yourself). All you need is damage, or enough people to do damage to out do any healing, that's it.

Sorry, but I'm a "Play to Win," guy, so if the game allows it to be so, it's so, and I'll use it. Don't try to get picky with me, cause you know I mean naturally allowed, not modded to be allowed. I feel being allowed to respawn, removes the challenge. Of course, I'm ignoring wheels since they have to be bought, which really begs the question, why allow us free respawns?

With that said, I do agree anything with DR, is hard for me. I simply suck with timing DR, so if I can't simply respawn and run back in, I'm likely wasting a run.

Empress isn't free respawns, you die and you're outside.

Honestly my ranking is more based on the pre-quests than they are the actual boss fight but...

1) v2 instructors (and empress by extension). Haven't beaten them yet.
2) Pink bean
3) CHT

ITT: Bosses we have yet to face / be released in GMS, but we'll say they're pretty difficult regardless of having any personal experience.

So Magnus isn't hard, because you can respawn in the map? Gotcha, let me know when you kill Hard Mode.

Same here, but with the Black Crow and Blue Mushdad in Zipangu too. Magnus places fourth, and Chaos PB fifth.

You can't even see when they're casting it under the wall of numbers from everyone beating the hell out of them.
