    EDIT: Nevermind, I read Fiel's thread about this, Just moving some potentials around i guess, New Pool A seems weird though.

    whatthe pineapple? from what i'm getting they reduced legendary potential to 9%, unique to 6%, epic to 4%, and rare to 2%!?

    There were always 5 pools?
    Did they just nerf all the pools, along with changing the minimum level?
    If they did (current max % being 9 now), they can just bring in a new level tier and keep the max at 12.

    Hopefully they reverse this :X. Basically nerfs every equipment.

    Yeah, it really is unbearable. They'l happily include their 90MB video files, of which consists 90% of the patch, but when it comes to simple high quality audio they seem to fall short.

    Hmm I guess if they really down all 12%rs to 9ers ALOT of people will be kinda unhappy to say the least

    All stats % seems to be on par with stat % now, except Pool C idk why it's 3% instead of 4%.

    Real nice music and maps, looks a decent size too. The dragon alter thing looks very cool. The low level mobs aren’t much of a surprise. I quite like the mob design, especially the ones that remind me of Twilight Princess.

    They’ll probably just add a new rank for the 12% and make you pay more money to get it back.

    Uh sorry for my disunderstanding what does this mean?
    Is it that if you have this line on a item it will grand you +10000 above cap? >>1009999?

    I don't see how you guys are saying they're downing 12% to 9%. There's still the 12% buffs. The stats themselves were not changed. All they did was add the new stuff which is all in korean.

    Its more likely that it adds that to your range.

    Well they added static damage increase to weapons... so... that's.. uhh ridiculous?
