707 - dmg from mp to range which is about 20k mp - 2k point range = about 702 let just say it 700 will be his magic attack

Range isn't red so there's no %attack anywhere.

My staff has 9%matk, and my range was still black, at least before v.112(after the decks, it was red all the time). I thought the 2%matk from the Aqua codex set would make it red with my old staff, but it didn't. Is it different/did it change in KMS?
