x = 925.6 magic attack.
Range isn't red so there's no %attack anywhere.

this won't sound like enough to disprove your math(I'm sure it is correct), but the person who owns this character, has the 10k int Evan.

This isn't about the total int the character has, it's the abnormally high Magic Attack.

you forgot something ... Battle Mastery is added to the range now... so that range has battle mastery + x 1.30% dmg to the range
