Special 100% Potential scrolls destroying items

I used a 100% Pot. Scroll on my Empress Claw and it worked. Maybe I was just lucky?

I know these arent Special scrolls...but why is this in the latest extraction thread if it wasnt changed somehow? Could they have confused these with the 100% ones somehow?

Provides potentials for regular equip items without deducting the available upgrade count. It can only be used on regular items. Success Rate: 90%. If failed, the item will be destroyed.

Scroll numbers didn't change presumably because the SS of the scroll itself was taken after the SS of the HTP being destroyed.

No data on any potential scrolls? Why would they do that? Leave it all server-side so they can mess with us? (well, scrolling is always server-side, but still...)

I've used about 3 the week before (all at 100% rate) and had no problems. Could be just chance and all though.
