Jetts don't have any sort of FA, do they?

I might have missed something while reading their skills, but I was at LHC and I noticed that one of the Jetts in my party kept shooting out a soul arrow (like the archer soul arrow, glitch maybe?) after every attack, and it was hitting enemies too. Thought this was weird since apparently they don't have an FA skill unless I'm blind and can't read.

Maybe the Character Card set gives a FA attack even if you dont have FA. lol
