Garisol on the Nexon Forums already confirmed that the server is not located on the East Coast. It was, for a very short amount of time, and then was moved back to West as they weren't seeing significant results from the move (aka it cost too much $$$ to keep it there). El Nido remained the "east coast" server for the purpose of having players with the same timezone, but hardware hasn't been East for a long ass time.

I actually spent money on server transfers once Nido became available for it. On two characters. Did they even PUBLICLY announce they were doing this? Coulda kept them on Zenith if they were gonna do this.
