    Everything max except Tornado Uppercut, which stays at 11

    2nd job :
    Everything max except Static Thumper, which stays at 16

    3rd job :
    Hm, not sure about this, probably everything max except Drone Blast

    4th job :
    Everything max except Brain Scrambler it seems.

    It means using a normal attack (default CTR) will be faster.

    Agreed with everything except Drone Blast, It's still a very useful skill (Fist Enrage), If anything, dont max the Turret, since lolsummons.

    I wouldn't know if thats useful or not, But since Jett doesnt have the extra summon bonus skill i'd assume it wasnt as important.

    Eh, I dont think it'll be that big of a difference. Nobody's going to max the ultimate anyways so you can just dump points into previous skills.

    OQ is pretty useful. It's the same %, but it attacks very fast. Chances are Turret will be fast too.

    This notice says Triple Fire (2nd Job) only requires level 10 Double Shot (1st Job). If that's true, then max Tornado Uppercut, and leave Double Shot at 11?

    But then again, the translated extractions of the Dragon Warrior show Triple Fire requiring level 20 Double Shot.

    Wonder which it will be... (Probably req. lvl 20)

    you get what seems like a 1v1 skil in third job 8 hits for 160% damage, but rapid fire "should" be better than it, so why not leave that one out?

    i can't wait for the extractions meng, hopefully fiel ain't sleeping tonight... and i get internet QQ

    Personal perference, Who knows! Someone in CMS said that you get enough SP to max everything in 1st job, so maybe its like that for 2nd and 3rd, they did say that there was quests starting at 80, maybe they award SP or something.

    FWIW, Rapid Fire compared to Drone Blast:
    (Note: Jett has no (A)FA.)

    Rapid Fire: 330% dmg, 1 hit, 120 ms delay at all speeds
    -> 330% * (1000/120) = 2,750% / sec
    -> 1000/120 = 8.33 hits / sec

    Drone Blast: 160% dmg, 8 hits, 900 ms delay at Normal (6) -> 690 at Faster (2)
    -> 160% * 8 * (1000/690) = 1,855% / sec
    -> 8 * (1000/690) = 11.59 hits / sec

    Neither one benefits more from crits / ignore def / boss / etc. than the other. Only thing to note is that the godly funded would probably prefer to max Drone Blast over Solar Array since Drone Blast hits more times per sec than Rapid Fire (thus being their bossing move), and Solar Array is inferior to Suborbital Bombardment except for vertical range. Plus, Drone Blast takes more funding to hit damage cap, so it's got that going for it too.

    So it could be similar to Evans? Interesting. But then again, the Dragon Warrior actually needed it because they have like 90 SP worth of skills in 1st job.

    Ah, I see. So Rapid fire is easier to cap with, but drone blast is more hits per second. I suppose that makes sense.

    I'll probably just play it by ear. Not like we cant get SP resets every freakin hot time/event.

    It warms my heart to see that Jett sucks in 4th job.

    Did I count wrong or does Jett's 4th job only have 230 SP of skills to max?

    You are correct. 10 extra sp to do whatever you want with I guess. Max out whatever you didn't in 3rd possibly.
