Original IGN > Name Change List?

I was wondering if it's possible to get a list of Original IGN to the new IGN after the Name Change was processed.

I ask this for safety purposes in trades. I remember a few years ago in Sleepywood, I'm not sure if it was Eos or someone else but someone was able to extract that information.

Honestly shouldn't be that hard to find out who's who based on look/nx/mannerisms.

There have been scammers who would change their names and looks completely to keep doing what they do (despite there being conditions for name changes against those). I assume this is why he's asking.
