Be sure that when you send this email, you include both your Account ID and any PayPal Transaction ID's you may have related to the affected account. To retrieve your Transaction ID numbers, please log into the PayPal account from which you made the purchases. Go to the history of that account and click on the purchases you made for NX with Nexon America. There will be a Transaction ID located here.
