Since when does Phantom hit 180ms hits then? What patch? I didn't hear anything about this on southperry, I thought this site was hard core maple info... o.0

Because if he still hits 3 hits per 180ms, he hits 16,67 and if all are critical, Carte Noir adds 5,56, totals 22,22 hits per second aka 22 million damage per second

This also means that there is no need for stealing "Rapid Fire" anymore, but just steal "Sharp Eyes".

But really... why didn't this show up in any extraction on southperry.net?

Hmmm so Fiel's Ultimate Skill table data that are posted aren't (semi)auto-updated when skill delays change? I see, well didn't know that!

Somewhat related, after the fix with the DB revamp in KMS, how many times does Empress heal before she's killable at the 9:59 mark?

I believe it's either 30 or 40 heals.
Also, there is no indication that the fix hasn't already been implemented in GMS.
Ours also requires 40 or so heals and 9:59.

The kills in Henesys had no time limit yet they still died.. After several hours, mind you. I'm sure it was over 40 heals too.

9:59 is still a requirement if it is fought in the normal setting.
As for heals, I've heard both 40 and 65 from different people.
I doubt that the ones summoned in henyses would work as intended, example being that they teleported you to future ereve with their remove from map skill.

GMS is at least 60 heals afaik.

@Dark Link; KMS is like 8 heals afaik.

@above: Because that skill points to a specific map ID. The fact that she was in a different map has literally no bearing on how often she heals.
