I can't believe people need a guide for this.

the guide is mostly to explain it though, the idea that you can go under the requirements by equipping more high-requiring equips is not a simple idea, and i myself (if you remember me making the thread that is) had a lot of trouble grasping the concept until i actually got the equips and figured it out myself exactly how it worked.

which is why i made the thread, provides a step-by-step so that hopefully people can do the math on their own on how it works, like the OP for example (i agree VERY much on the top reply though, i've asked everyone i know to upvote it for lulz hahaha)
