What happened to Nexon?

I, for one, want to see the outcome of @yo72's little test. Compensation should be FAIR compensation and not handed out nonchalantly or without proper investigation. So let's see if Nexon's doing this for the sole reason of getting players to return.

Considering the fact that several of my friends who did get hacked, but did not submit a ticket right away, recieved the, "You needed to of submitted a ticket within 7 days" message, I doubt' he'll get anything.

Wasn't thinking about that little detail lol. I suppose the proper 'test' would involve having your 'friend' 'hack' you and then immediately submitting a ticket...and viola...profit. I'm sure someone thought of this before I did.

Did you update the ticket with a comment or resubmit a new ticket? Those seem to be the golden trick that's getting people responses, not waiting on old tickets.

Update Second Hacking

So I've been hacked again, 900million mesos stolen, my Maple Shield, all my weapons, can I get possibly get some help here, I've changed my password I guess I need to change my pic again,(I wasn't aware you couldn't change your pin) I've never shared my account info and this keeps happening.

I was playing from the start of legend, stopped playing for a week. come back to play on demon slayer, and low and behold I'm hacked again.

I'm tired of wasting my time just to get hacked at every turn.

My maple Karstan on my aran, which I had just started playing again was stolen, also my Archmages potential earrings.

I changed my email, and I changed my password, I don't share my info why does this keep happening?

Guild mate was hacked, and promptly had her email changed by the hacker.
Sent Nexon tickets begging for any help whatsoever, was able to get her email RESET. Crazy huh?

My girlfriend's been waiting for right around a week. Folks are already getting into the mindset that Nexon's magically turned into some super efficient company overnight. You're raising your expectation bars wayyyy too much wayyyy too fast.

At least this time it might have some merit with all the people sending tickets in about being hacked and people trying to fake being hacked to get maple points they must really have a high amount of people sending tickets in.
