Glittering Joy feather scroll

I just tried to use a Glittering Joy Feather scroll on a Beryl Maple Cane and it says CAN NOT BE USED ON THIS ITEM. Am I doing something wrong, or did Nexon pineapple something up last patch. I am leaning towards the latter but was wanting some confirmation.

Those feather scrolls have been working fine for me. Perhaps the item didn't have any scroll slots left, or maybe your equipment inventory was full?

Edit: Just tried the scrolls on a cane, rather than some other random item. Seems they just don't work on the canes for some reason.

They also don't work on cannons.

Well if they dont fix this it will drive the prices of the lvl 70 canes up. Thankfully I upgraded one beforehand.
