Aside from the already mentioned DoT changes, the change I thought you were referring to was the 70% stance effect of a F/P Infinity compared to 50% for I/L. Don't go telling me I/L aren't as melee as F/P because they don't need to cast Gears or Mist, so much damage is locked into Teleport Mastery, that even if I wanted to play range, I can't due to its range. F/Ps were already better than I/L; these changes aren't very encouraging or relatively underwhelming.
They are like our incoming 8th Anniversary scrolls right? Except now they are +9 Att/M.Att instead of +7/+8. Not that it matters now that Protects are untradable, but does anyone know if they also have that silly decreasing success rate mechanism?
