Considering we all see the exact same notices and information where exactly do you think you're going to get an honest answer to that from?

They'll post that in the actual server maintenance notice, just like they always do. Until that notice goes up, no one knows anything more than what the other notices say.

I think they're seeing too many B nebulites generated every day, and don't realize it's people still opening the thousands of boxes farmed in first days.
Plus, they want us gaching for nebulites, not farming/botting for them.
