Probably because I haven't found a game that is more appealing to me yet.
Probably because I haven't found a game that is more appealing to me yet.
It's a game I enjoy, I know how to play already, and I know it works on my computer.
Guild Wars 2 haven't come out yet ;) Been waiting that since it was first announced. Maple is entertaining game and it's kind of a habit. Been playing since 2005 so i know everything what is going on and how things work. And for some reason i enjoy training and the gameplay. After GW2 and new computer, bye Maple. You will find me in Tyria! :)
How simple it is to pick up. Sure there are different levels but getting stared with anything is relatively easy and they don't throw too much at you at once. They let you level up first then explore. which is both good and bad I suppose.
Nostalgia, community, and more nostalgia.
I'll never forget the first time I hit level 10.
My friends, mostly. If I hadn't made so many nice friends I probably wouldnt of kept playing for as long as i did. ATM, im just waiting for Diablo 3 and the pirate revamp. Currently fckin about in minecraft/tf2
Friends and have been playing for eons so it's "a part of me."
Friends.
I have so many friends in there, and I met my ex in Maple (she doesn't play anymore). We stick together for 4 years.
As @Untradeable
I'm just waiting for Pirate Revamp. Been playing Gears 3, Mass Effect and Skyrim lately.
That's pretty cool, you've got a family and play Maple with them as well.
I play because of all the memories of the game, and it's fun, I guess.
Nothing (anymore since I've quit). The game is heaven for hackers/hacker-lovers/the crony company managing it, and hell for everyone else.
Only thing that makes me think about coming back is friends, but I have most of them on fb :3
How friggin cute this game is.
All it takes is a good outfit idea for a class and i'm hyped all over again.
I just can't help myself. I've been going on and off since v.3x. I've tried playing other games, but none last as long or somehow keep my attention as much as this one.
I enjoy working towards making myself better within the game, whether that be gear-wise, leveling traits, accomplishing something new.
Also, the people I've met and conversations had. It's interesting to hear their views on things and such.
