What does it mean by "Reflect" ?
Let's say a boss does 10k damage.
Do you :
a) Receive 10k damage and returns 5k back to him
b) Receive 5k damage and returns 5k back to him
What does it mean by "Reflect" ?

Receive 5 and return 5.
That's assuming the 10k is after all your defensive stats and skills are taken into account.
You take half damage
And return full damage back at them
So you take 5k, and return 10k.

By the way does Shield Mastery's 10% block add to 40% of Guardian's block?
So its 50% to block and get the Guardian stun effect?
Or are they on separate tables?
No. Guardian doesn't officially block like most skills do. Most skills bring up a GUARD line instead of damage. Guardian does a special shielding animation to tell you it worked. The other blocking skills(Shield Mastery + Blessing Armor) do the normal GUARD line.
Also, in case you are wondering, Blessing Armor takes priority over everything else. If it's on, you can't GUARD normally(Like from Guardian or Shield Mastery), all hits are GUARDed, and all hits count towards the hits until Blessing Armor is finished.
In the end, the Stun caused by Guardian is fairly useless.
Guardain works exactly how Fake works for theifs. Guy above pretty much said it. How ever with your powerguard senio. Its works like 3k recived and 5k reflected. Or something like that. pretty much there is a defence skill that cuts damage after powerguard. Basically defense order is like
Threaten->Defence->powerguard-> Ele resistance from guardian.
That is only an attack that WILL hit you. and Im not sure if defense and ele resistance swap places or not. But i know that Threaten is the first one and Powerguard IS NOT the last.
Ohh.. Damn paladins are tanky

The best part about Power Guard is that it cuts the damage from the 1/1 attack in half. They can VERY easily solo Zakum without using a single HP pot, since each 1/1 attack only takes away half of your remaining HP (12000 -> 6000 -> 3000 -> 1500), so their HP recovery skill's cooldown wears off long before he can get you low enough to kill you.
Ohh.. Anyway to test the Devil Cry thing out..?
But they still have to spend mana potions :P

heroes: power reflection, dispellable
pallies: achilles + PG
dark knight: beholder's revenge, 5 sec CD
Demon slayer: achilles-like skill
arans: achilles
mikhail: achilles
all of the above, with the exception of beholder's revenge, cut the damage done by 1/1 attacks, leaving you with some HP, which is why you'll hear me go butthurt every time achilles is mentioned![]()
