Any one want to make a program that starts a timer counting down when ever you press a certain key IE I press page up to res and then the timer starts counting down from 8:00:00 ect and so on - maybe it could have 6 customization keys.

Just use your quick slot?
Spoiler
its not accurate enough res is half way down is that 4 minutes or 4 min 30 sec
Skill cool downs aren't exact due to server lag.

Lag adds up to about 5 seconds to cooldowns, it's really obvious on Snipe.
Or actually the client only check for cooldown every 5 seconds?
Gotta keep in mind that skill don't cooldown if you're not logged in.
I see making that type of program way too difficult for the amount of benefit it gives. Just use the shading and it's a good enough estimate. In some boss runs, use the timer.
The only place I can think of this being much useful is synchronizing Crash between 4+ Warriors, when it's possible to completely overlap as long as they're cast at 18-20 second intervals (would require network communication of the program, but each player would get a countdown to tell them when to Crash). But that dynamic can't happen anymore.
Or maybe asking which Bishop's res is closest to being available...
In general external programs have trouble grabbing key events (hackshield is blocking keyloggers in other words) for example I can't use my music player's hotkeys while in MS.
