Anonymous worries me. I'll leave it at that.
It seems people are completely misconstruing this post when all I meant was that all businesses, especially illegal ones, are entirely run based on making profits, so I'm going to edit this out.

...
This cannot end well....
AAAAnyways..
Good job Anon. If there's anything the internet and the users thereof need right now, it's some good PR.
This happened several months ago, but I haven't seen any information on a backlash(or any reaction) resulting from it.
Hahahahahaha Flonne.
Do you have a mustache and those 70's style glasses too?
A major argument against the continued growth and use of TOR was it being a boon to pedophiles, assassins, and so forth. If you want anarchy, you have to prepare to eliminate its worst barnacles, or else society at large will reject it.
This makes TOR more palatable to people who are pro-anonymity but anti-things-everyone-hates.
Assassins are kinda cool though.
Things turned out to have taken a wrong turn.

Sure LulzSec isn't more representative of anon than goatse is. This incident might just undo all that positive image the public might have had of the internet tough guys.
not surprising when a movement is run in complete anonimity.
