It's barely an issue in KMS than it is in GMS. When you can buy NX for 1:20 in that server you can tell that's a server who hasn't gone through many duping issues or meso exploits.

We haven't had those type of NX rates since before Big Bang.

How is any duping not an issue? If duping happens then it is obviously an issue.
Just like botting and hacking are issues, any amount of hacking is an issue even if it's not as big an issue as hacking in other games/servers/what not.

No event is an issue if it happens on so minor a scale as to be irrelevant, or is addressed quickly and thoroughly enough to have made it pointless.
The fact it can happen may be an issue, but the actual event is not.

so what did you guys talk about first

Errr. Introduced ourselves. Gave our names and level/class
then we each answered questions like "What do like about maplestory?" "What dont you liek about MS?" "What would you change, if anything?"

what were the answers?

Lol uhhh. Majority of people said things along the lines of :

"I like maplestory for the social environment. The ability to interact with an avatar of another person rather than just a 'wall'. Being able to do things such as train, explore, boss, find loot with friends."
"I don't like the account security. I've lossed many friends because of getting 'hacked'. The glitches in the game make certain parts completely unplayable. The lack of GM presence and GM events in the game make it seem like hackers really control the game."

how did they respond?

They seemed to ignore the parts about the unplayable glitches. They basically repeated back what we said about the account security back to us then moved along. They did however, seem to take note of the GM presence.
They asked us why a GM presence was important. What it did for us
I answered with," GMs have important jobs as policing, but are more important as a middle-man between us(the players) and you(the company). They have the ability to relay information from us, such as glitches, hackers, etc, back to Nexon the fastest"
And their events were awesome (usually).
The economy was another issue brought up by most people, but since we were talking to a marketing team they didn't seem to really care.

I like to go bossing but half of the bosses are glitched. We can’t even HT properly because only the first 30 people can go and then after that you need to solo. I don’t know if that was intentional by you guys or not. Not everyone can solo and that’s really unfair. I can personally solo but I don’t really need the items that drop from it while my friends do yet they can never go so that’s really unfair.
Girl monkey: This may be obvious but I need to ask/clarify. What exactly about that is unfair?

There was one 'monkey' that really wanted to keep talking to us. he had a bunch of questions apparently, but the 'super monkey' said no and we then left.
The activities were lame. I could tell nobody wanted to do them. But we were getting paid so, oh well.
My autoban system comment made everyone laugh even the board of monkeys. The super monkey lady seemed offended and quickly moved on to the next question. LOL

Did you talk about the long response time to glitches? And tickets.

We did, but Nexon didn't really give a response. They never really gave a response to anything.
I doubt they ever even talked to the customer support team regarding the issue

Did they seem concerned about or anything? What seemed to be the overall emotional reaction from them?

The lady wrote down notes on it I guess. Then asked us to explain why it was a problem.
Then moved on to the next question
