I believe Germany and Bulgaria withdrew from ACTA and the Dutch are trying to liberalize their copyright laws even further. This is looking better and better.

Small protest? Sure... but not in Finlands scale. Helsinki's "Metropolitan area" has a bit over 1mil people and Finns are usually lazy to protest against stuff outside internet.
EDIT:
The sign with a black flag in it is the logo of Pirate party (Piraattipuolue).
I don't like the party personally though they do have some great ideas. As someone who is planning to make a living out of game industry, I fail to see how you can make profit when big projects cost from 30mil to 60million if not more. Obviously if you legalize piracy, it won't be piracy anymore. It will be legal. Everyone will do it and I can't see how the creators will get profit from people downloading their movie from piratebay.
