Personally, I see it making sense since it almost matches the 6 month lag between content hitting KMS and that content hitting GMS.

If not March, I'd say to expect it April.

While the content was coming out, it seemed to take forever, but, after it was over, I had a very intense "is that it?" feeling.

I don't think it's a matter of being able to fit everything. After all, everything already fits perfectly fine right now.

Honestly, I see no logical reason behind restricting class creation, especially with a two month notice.

By went under I mean unavailable for creation.
DB's have been restricted in KMS since the end of Chaos, iirc. Evans/Arans were as well, but were reinstated during Advance of the Union.

New players are likely to be unaware of the nuances of the game and be immune to bandwagons.
Not that I see why Nexon would care if people bandwagon. If they did, they wouldn't make new classes that are so absurdly unbalanced.

Only reason I see is to make people rush to make a class, and maybe even forcing them to buy character slots if they didn't get them before... After time has passed, when they re-release, it could bring new/old people back.

Letting them the way they are does nothing, anyway, so there's nothing to loose there.

They were probably too lazy to create a new Login Screen so they just made them time-restricted. That is something Nexon would do.
