It's just pretty awkward, Lirin acts like a tsundere character to you and she even gives you the ring with a shy and semi cute attitude to you, in all the Aran's story line they tell you: "The Brave and Kind hearted Hero from the past". And Aran's playstyle is more manly than femine like Mercede's (God, she even have a freaking unicorn on her attacks). If they do this, well they just killed Aran's Storyline and thats just.... sad.
