No one in their sane mind would get the coupons, they are discounts for games that are already on sale now, but with lower %s.
I fail to see the point in those coupons.

To be fair, I've only really been doing the free achievements without the downloaded games (bought Bastion but haven't got the achievement yet).

Yeah i'm not enjoying the coupons at all this year. I hope they don't return. It just seems like a really forced way to get people to use the Steam Trade feature.

They should've at least let you craft coupons back into a coal or two, if only to let you use them as a way to enter the actual giveaway at the end.

Chapters 1 and 2 of Ghost Trick is free on iTunes today. It was an incredibly well made DS game, directed by the man behind Ace Attorney. You can't really find the DS version anymore so it's a pretty good opportunity to get if if you missed out. Plus the rest of the chapters cost 10 bucks, so it's already cheaper than the DS version.

I bought the new humble bundle for Anomaly: Warzone Earth. Then I found out that it can't be run in window mode. Sooo.. guess I won't be playing it.
