Some, potentially all, email from the site is currently going into queue since about 6 hours ago and not sending. Investigating it now.

Update:
So far all evidence points to a (new) network issue with the host where the host is apparently blocking outbound SMTP connections.
Support ticket has been filed with them along with all evidence and tests conducted.
I am going to begin manually routing certain high priority emails (registration verification, email changes, etc) in the meantime.
Email features are functioning again.
The queued mail from yesterday will process when it can.
The last of the queued emails appear to be coming out now.
If they're old and you don't care just disregard them.
