I hope it fixes the screen freeze when you have a joypad plugged in prior to launching the client, and various glitches like dcing with haste in PQs.

It'll be interesting to know what the patch does for the client, with the addition of that new .aes file. Maybe client optimizations. Maybe having the client finally work for Win7 64-bit (since they did put up a forum thread about it a while ago).

There's that fancy close button in the top button that you need to click once to get rid of it.
Or alternatively, you could send in a report and there's a chance it will fix d/cing. Sure, Nexon may very well ignore this entire system, but why patch this in completely on its own with no content just to ignore it?
At least they can't screw "nothing" up...
It's Nexon, they'll manage to do it.
... i wanna be hopeful and imagine that they might even use this information to combat DC hacking?
