Ryden said that in order for the Dual Blades to recapture Kerning City, they must first sully the Dark Lord's reputation. He said that a plan is in the works and gave you the mission of investigating how the townspeople currently view the Dark Lord. You reported to Ryden what you discovered from the townspeople.

Quieting the Ribbon Pigs

Ryden says that Lady Syl hasn't been able to get any sleep recently because of the loud ruckus being caused by pigs. He wants you to quiet down the pigs. Head left of Kerning City to the Construction Site and enter L Forest II through the portal located in the bottom right. Once you're there, eliminate the Ribbon Pigs.

You eliminated the Ribbon Pigs so that Lady Syl can get some sleep.

Octopuses Do Your Body Good

Gather the ingredients that are needed to make a special tonic that will reenergize Lady Syl. #Go to the Construction site using the portal located to the left of Kerning City#k and gather some Octopus Legs.

Making a Tonic

So, it appears that herbs are required to complete the tonic. Use the portal at the right side of Kerning City and hunt Dark Stumps that are on the way to Perion. Gather the Leaves they drop and bring them to Ryden.
