hope it's not too late in this thread to point out a few things.

in kMS, the windows 7 / vista issues don't seem to exist anymore. I play on windows 7 and have had no trouble with anything maple-wise. also, the bug where, when you alt-tab out of the game with your maple sound turned off, and you alt-tab back in and it turns itself on, has been fixed for several months now.

maybe gMS just hasn't quite gotten to those fixes yet?

and as for anything guild-BBS related, keep in mind that gMS made its own BBS. any changes kMS makes to its BBS system will most likely not be carried over to gMS unless they intend to do an overhaul of their BBS system.

Some of the things you ask for are a little much, and would change things that have been in place since the beginning.

Safety Charms shouldn't be changed. They do their purpose. Wheels of Destiny should be changed.

Stop making filler maps. Every map in the game should be trainable at one time or another by at least two classes. I don't care if this makes the world smaller, filler maps are f'ucking annoying.

The thing with instances is, unless someone's using them, they don't consume any resources. Nobody goes to (for example) Korean Folk Town to train, so none of those maps will have 20 copies.

The only places that'll really matter are Galloperas, Himes, Windraiders, and probably Oblivion 4.

It's better than having 20 copies of stuff like the drum bunny minidungeon, that hardly anyone even knows about.
