Just saying the last 4 patches have been seriously small nerfs or updates...

It's quite normal to get all the skills of the new jobs set up before they start doing their town and questline.
But Cygnus, Aran, Evan and DB all had quests/areas when they got this far into skill development. ._.
Huh? Arans town was released like 7+ patches after the class was. Evan and DB "towns" are nothing more than a few map extensions.
Exactly! The Resistance has nothing other than the jobs and skills so far. They've been around for about 7 revisions of KMSt.

Both Aran and Cygnus also spent about two months in KMST before their quests and areas were revealed. Evan and DB were really rushed in comparison.

The patch that released them isn't considered a "revision" of KMST. They've been out for 3 revisions.4.

Because they were released in 314, and had a revision in 315, 316 and 317.

A revision that implements something isn't a revision of what was implemented. There were 3 patches after 314, thus resistance has been around for 3 revisions. o.o
Anyway;
I bet Nexon is going to make this invisible skill only obtainable in the CS or something.
