This is the first SC/patch I've seen in my life start without them spamming "15 MINUTES LEFT. 14 MINUTES LEFT. 5 MINUTES LEFT".
etc.

That combined with the above's mentioned "starting 1 minute early" makes me wonder what's going on. That being said, I'm surprised it took "this long". Usually, they fix it hours after the patch, though then again, those bugs were usually bigger than this.
