This is kinda gay. Why must they keep doing stuff for lower level characters and giving nothing to higher level characters? The new exp table make 11-30 so easy that some people can do it in an hour or less.

Using the Malady Exchange quests during the Halloween event (not counting the time it takes to get the items) I did 10 --> 40, including Brawler job advance, in about an hour and 15 mins. My guild thought I was hacking. >_>

Just look at what they said last time HPQ had a 30% bonus.

From July 15th to August 25th, take advantage of the Moon Bunny Party Quest, located in Henesys, and receive an extra 30% EXP. Meet new friends and party together! Everyone will be able to enjoy this bonus EXP.

Which is virtually the same thing as this announcement;, just with different dates and slightly reworded IT says something about meet new friends there too, but that didn't give a 30% bonus anywhere but HPQ

You're reading too much into this. They are making Henesys PQ slightly less worthless. That is all.

This isn't really helpful to any veteran players and can't be taken advantage of at all. All you get is a worthless weapon to be NPC'd and one VIP rock. Grinding is much faster than Henesys PQ.
