I think the number of Newties is preserved, only added Turkeys. Aside from killing your safe spots I don't see how it would prevent anyone from training, much less so at Skele if the same manner was applied.

How can you get the robot eyes?
The commando turkeys dont spawn! anyone had seen them?
They'll start spawning at a later date according to Nexons site.
