Who the fck uses ImageShack? It uploads terribly slow. I mean, it's a nice substitution for Photobucket and sht at times, but I wouldn't even use IMGSHACK to upload any pictures. -shudders-
(glad that wasnt me... phew)
ive not once heard of nor had issues with imageshack. o-0
I actually didn't know either.
Have a photobucket account that I'm too lazy to log into. Was too lazy to even look for a new site to upload, since Imageshack and Photobucket were like the top known image hosting sites years ago and I just grew on those two. I've never known they'd be so nazi over their crap (in the past, photobucket deleted crap for me that wasn't even explicit in any way). Also, most other image upload services I've bumped into (at the time) only provided 1 image upload at a time. Which ended up being slower than imageshack, despite the faster upload speeds.
Gah, I just uploaded 6 files on this just to find a BAD GATEWAY error. Hitting back on my browser didn't save those files. I have to search my folders for those images again.

Yes yes, I suppose theyd even think something suggestive of inappropriate content would cause them to go ape pomegranate. Oh, the times we live in.
Wait, what was this pic about?
Or if anyone has it, pm it to me if it's hard to describe. I'm curious now.
Exactly what it sounds like. If we ever see you (being the person you) we ban that account.
Permanent Ban = The account currently being used is set to "banned users"
IP Ban = User is banned via the server's firewall
Ban-on-sight = User is banned whenever he is detected on a mult, proxy, or otherwise
well, if someone who was banned in the past were to start a new count and doesn't act up, there's really no reason to suspect they're a previous troublemaker, nor can we realistically check every single new account to see if it's a mult. So, unless there's some reason to suspect them no one would know. On top of that there are people who have been perma-banned in the past who came back a few months later and said "You know, I'm sorry, I was in the wrong before and I apologize for my behavior. It will not happen again." If they are mature enough to realize this then we'll usually give them a second chance.
Anyone who gets on the "Ban-on-sight" list is going to be banned as soon as they're detected. A person whose account was banned could still view the forums as a guest, but if they're IP banned then they can't even visit the site. So it's more like:
1. Banned account - lose posting privileges
2. IP Ban - lose site viewing privileges
3. Ban on sight - Beyond any attempt at redemption.
Fixed. Granted, it mind as well be jebus saying "you're fked for the rest of your life".
I'm not sure if anything I've ever uploaded to Imageshack has anything to do with breaching the rules o.O I don't store all that stuff you anime fanboys or prawn gawkers have anyways, let alone hoard them in some collection.
If Jesus came to me in person and said "you can unban ********, he's a great dude really" I would say "Hey Jesus, I'm not sure you're familiar with ********, cause he's a total plantain and i don't want him around. BTW when's that armageddon coming?"
The B.o.S list is extremely short though. like, 2 or 3 people short.
While I thought someone might make an alt when he said that, I am also a little surprised it wasn't taken until now since "god" is.
