KMS became patched, and a musician NPC sells the hat for 100 musical notes.

The musical notes that OutOfIdeas mentioned? It appears that high level characters (read: those above level 100) are screwed out of it. He says that when you level up, you recieve one music note. Then again, they might additional methods for high level characters to obtain said notes in the future.

You recieve multiple musical notes if your last digit is 0 or 5. (Ex: Lv50, 75, 45, 20, etc.
