View All Characters is misleading

Issue/Problem/Bug: Actually I have 2 issues...
1) Maximum of 15 characters displayed
2) server icons don't change when you scroll down

My computer specs:
Windows XP

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
When you get to server select screen, you can also choose "View All Characters". My account currently has 17 characters (3 scania, 4 bera, 3 broa, 2 windia, 2 khaini, 2 bellocan, 1 mardia)- only 15 of them will show up.
Also, the server icons displayed stay the same when you scroll - so only the first 9 show correct icons.

More minor, but when the 4 Bera ones are shuffled next to last (ie. spots 13-16, 14-17) none of them show up, and only 12-13 characters display.

It has been like this for a while now, so I stopped using it. It has been screwed up for at least 3-4 patches

It has never worked properly for me...unless it is working as intended.
