It most certainly is. You're calling them greedy for milking money out of their most profitible venture.
Keep in mind the money that comes from MapleStory goes to fund their other games as well, several of which are just starting out and are almost certainly operating in the red as they strive to prove themselves and become profitible.
That report was on their revenue not their profit, and on top of that it admitted to being a guess so it's not like it's even measurably accurate. Without knowing their operating costs collectively in North America all you're operating on is sticker shock and a sense of indignation that you've honestly no right to.
If they were a publically traded company their own board of directors would sue them for not doing everything they could to get as much money from every venture as possible. If you doubt that, look it up, it happened to Henry Ford when he was too "kind" to his employees and the public.
It's not greedy for them to try to get more money when their literally is no such thing as "enough". The more they have the more they can do - just like there is no such thing as having "enough" mesos in Maple unless you've completely run out of goals and don't want to play any more. There's always something to spend the money on. That's why lottery winners are broke inside two years on average
